1. Quality Guarantee

Every order undergoes QC inspection before shipment. We guarantee that products meet the agreed specifications and quality standards.

2. Inspection Period

Buyers have 7 calendar days after receiving goods to inspect and report any quality issues or discrepancies. Claims after this period may not be accepted.

3. Returns

Returns are accepted for:

• Manufacturing defects (seam failures, material defects)
• Incorrect items shipped
• Quantity discrepancies exceeding 2%

Returns are NOT accepted for custom/OEM products unless defective.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned goods are received and inspected. Refund method matches the original payment method.
